Butterflies are one of the most beautiful insect. One of those species called bombyxmori L; it can be breed by cultivating mulberry plant for feeding the silkworm and the cocoon is produced for silk. Generally bombyxmori L cocoons are used for materials in producing silk yarn.

However, there are others species called Attacus Atlas and Cricula Trifenesfrata (gold silk) which produce high quality silk yarn as well. The breeding process are more difficult than bombyxmori L (mulberry silk). They are dependend on the nature absolutely and avoided human touch. Exactly getting high quality of Attacus and Cricula cocoons that will be produced silk yarn by collecting them in the nature. That is why the product called wild silk.
